Refund & Return Policy

At www.peterkate.us, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms below.

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for most items.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The item must be in unused, unwashed condition and free from damage;
  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and packaging still attached;
  • A valid proof of purchase, packing slip, or order number is required for all returns.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned unless defective, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items;
  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons);
  • Custom or personalized items;
  • Gift cards.
Such items are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Once your original item is received and approved, we will process your exchange. If the replacement item is of a higher price, you may be responsible for paying the difference.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund posting.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable timeframe after we’ve confirmed it, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If you still have not received your refund, contact our customer support team so we can investigate.
