Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods may occasionally extend processing times.

Shipping Methods
We primarily use UPS to ship packages within the United States. In some cases, USPS or FedEx may also be used depending on carrier availability and package size. If you prefer a specific carrier (for example USPS or FedEx instead of UPS), please contact customer service after you place your order for assistance.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Free Shipping for all orders over $150.
  • Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $10.
  • Items weighing more than 3 pounds may have a flat rate shipping fee of $15; these will be clearly indicated in the item description.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most domestic deliveries within the United States are delivered within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Exact delivery timing is an estimate, and carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Local Delivery
For customers located near our physical store address, we may offer free local delivery within a specified radius. Please contact us for details and eligibility.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time. If you need shipping outside of the U.S., please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using this number. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays and Holidays
Shipping carriers do not operate on major holidays. Orders placed on or near holidays may experience delays in processing or delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.
